Important note on Compensation, Bonus and Benefits  
  • AIP's budgeted starting/ annual base offer salary for this role is between $95,000 and $115,000 ONLY (please disregard the compensation range shown at the end of the posting as it comprises of varied and related Allstate job profiles and families)
  • The annual performance bonus allotted to this role is up to 10% of base salary

Team and Work Scope:
  • This role will be part of the Commercialization & Engagement Org, a six-member team. It’s a Center of excellence across both the Employee Protection Services and the Strategic Partnership Channel supporting both new and existing business and ensure we're capitalizing on our product in market through growth & retention
  • Reporting to the Sr. Director, Commercialization & Engagement,  EPS Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to help our clients increase employee enrollments in our identity protection services.
  • This role will focus on collaborating with Account Management and client HR teams, understanding employee needs, and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns to maximize program awareness and participation.
  • Success will be measured by enrollment growth, client satisfaction, and the ability to optimize campaigns through both qualitative insights and quantitative performance metrics.

Essential Functions Overview
  • Drive measurable increases in employee enrollments for identity protection services across client organizations.
  • Develop tailored communications strategies and campaigns aligned with client goals, ensuring optimal messaging, timing, and delivery methods.
  • Use both qualitative feedback (e.g., employee surveys, HR team insights) and quantitative data (e.g., enrollment metrics, campaign performance) to refine engagement tactics.
  • Monitor enrollment data and report on key metrics such as enrollment rates, campaign ROI, and employee participation trends.

Examples of Work :
  • Craft tailored marketing plans for top clients to drive participation rates, product utilization, and renewals
  • Customize marketing materials per client preferences to increase relevance for specific employee groups
  • Field and execute on specific client marketing requests on an ongoing basis
  • Create pre-approved, self-service marketing campaigns that can be leveraged by Account Management teams
  • Provide execution support for EPS events including customizing materials, maximizing impact of sponsorships, and engaging Marketing where necessary
  • Work with EPS Partnerships to identify opportunities to improve enrollment rates on platforms, and customize copy/assets across experiences as needed
  • Oversee project management, creative development, and internal coordination for all tactics associated with these programs

Role Expectations:
  • Strategic Campaign Development: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, direct mail, etc.) that educate and engage employees on the value of identity protection.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams and benefits managers to understand their specific employee base and customize communication plans accordingly.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze enrollment trends and campaign performance; generate regular reports to show progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Employee Education: Customize core marketing materials (e.g., collateral, presentations) to simplify complex information and highlight the value of identity protection services.
  • Enrollment Growth Metrics: Establish targets for enrollment increases and measure success based on key metrics like participation rates, campaign ROI, and growth over time.
  • Client-Specific Marketing Tools: Create toolkits and resources for clients to use internally, making it easy for them to promote identity protection services.
  • Optimization of Communication Channels: Identify the most effective channels (e.g., email, SMS, webinars) for different client populations and optimize messaging for maximum engagement.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather and act on qualitative feedback from clients and employees to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Client Training & Support: Provide training to HR teams on how to communicate the benefits of identity protection and answer employee questions effectively.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client goals.

Required Education and Experience
  • High School diploma mandatory
  • 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in field marketing or sales support position
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience with B2B2C content creation
  • Experience in content creation in employee benefits and, or  financial services markets

Compensation offered for this role is $95,700.00 - 170,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location

Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
