We're looking for someone eager to:

• Collaborate with R&D and Solution Management to define packaging and product requirements and ensure the successful commercialization of new products.
• Plan and deliver hands-on support for packaging testing, including troubleshooting packaging quality issues.
• Provide guidance in managing complaints related to packaging performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with key manufacturers and suppliers to develop and maintain specifications for packaging, focusing on customer experience, circularity, ergonomics, and safe product use.
• Manage and maintain technical documentation and data.

What does it take to become our new team member?

You will bring technical knowledge and years of experience in the chemical or related industries, or from the packaging material manufacturer side. Your strong understanding of suppliers and end-use markets will be essential. An academic background in a scientific discipline will be an advantage. While not mandatory, certification as a Packaging Technologist or Specialist is preferred. Additionally, you should demonstrate stakeholder management and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

We can teach you all you need to learn about coatings, but you have to come with a strong background from the packaging material side. High level of expertise is not a necessity as long as you share our commitment to the cause.
