Senior BI Developer

Superlanet is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior BI Developer to join our healthcare client’s team in Indiana. This is a direct hire and remote opportunity, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact by developing cutting-edge business intelligence solutions in the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather data needs, translating them into actionable business requirements.
  
• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL and Epic tools.
  
• Develop and manage data sets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that drive decision-making.
  
• Investigate and resolve data issues, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of healthcare data solutions.
  
• Work alongside stakeholders to test, validate, and implement robust BI solutions.
  
• Navigate the complete development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to testing and deployment.
  

What You’ll Need:

• Epic Certification in Clarity, Caboodle, or Clinical/Revenue data models (required).
  
• Expertise in Reporting Workbench and Clarity/Caboodle systems (required).
  
• Strong experience with SQL, SSIS, Power BI, and other BI tools.
