Job description

Delta is looking to fill a full time Office Manager position. Below is the desired criteria.


Responsibilities:

    • Answer all incoming calls
    • Greet and screen visitors
    • Go to the post office and sort mail
    • Handle all building maintenance items when there are issues
      • Shredder
      • Cleaners
      • AC
      • Pest
      • Printers
      • Phone System Issues
      • Generators
      • General Repairs (microwave, leaky ceiling, electrical, painting, awnings, window tinting, etc.)
    • Oversee Company cleaning vendor
      • Coordinate cleaning schedule and reschedules as needed (holidays, office closures, etc.)
      • Conduct monthly inspections to ensure cleaning vendor is meeting office standards and expectations
    • Organize all Company wide on-site events
      • Catering
      • Coordination
      • Decoration and food set up
      • Email/communication
      • Volunteer events (food bank for Thanksgiving, making cards for the elderly around Valentine’s day)
    • All incoming and outgoing mail
      • Scanning all relevant items
      • Creating labels for all departments and responsible for coordinating with Lisa to help track shipping better
      • Ordering business cards
      • Assisting the licensing department with mailings, creation of investigator ID cards, scanning, etc.
      • Mass Company mailings (gas card mailings, invoice bulk mailings, mailing out tax forms, etc.)
    • Assist marketing coordinator as needed/back up
    • Office organization
      • Identifying old/broken furniture and removing it
      • Organizing areas that no longer require employees to be/better utilize.
      • Assist with basic data entry projects for all departments
      • Office supply orders
      • Overseeing mail accounts and supplies
      • Any administrative/data entry projects

    Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:

    • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Excellent English and grammar skills, written and verbal
    • Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Must be organized
    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Must manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately


    Physical Requirements: 

    • Ability to remain in a seated position for extended periods of time
    • Must have mental dexterity with ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, keyboards, and mouse
