Job description

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly on Meta ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and an understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear updates and insights to the team and clients.
  • Experience with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Segmetrics, Swipe Pages, Canva, third-party ad management tools, Shopify, and Asana.
  • Industry experience in Health and Wellness, Sports Medicine, Digital Marketing, Hospitality/Restaurants, and E-commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and managing Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, ensuring they align with client goals and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations of ad accounts, including campaign setup, performance tracking, and budget management.
  • Work with the design team to gather creative assets, submit design requests, and ensure proper visuals and copy are used for ad launches.
  • Conduct daily check-ins on active campaigns, monitoring metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports for clients, summarizing key metrics and campaign highlights.
  • Support communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance and adjustments.
  • Create User-Generated Content (UGC) scripts, manage requests via Billo, and place orders for UGC materials.
  • Assist with onboarding by gathering necessary information and supporting account setup.
  • Work closely with the Meta Ads Manager and other team members to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently. 
  • Participate in meetings to provide updates and brainstorm new ideas.
