Job Description:

WEAVE is looking for amazing customer support agents for our India Team. We are headquartered in Lehi-Utah, United States and are expanding our teams in India.
The role is full time, you can work 100% remote from any location in India. Our priority is to get the best people onboard, other things being flexible!

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 10DLC Registration Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful onboarding of our customers by managing 10DLC registration rejections and overcoming brand registration challenges. As a member of a small team reporting to the Porting Team Lead, you will play a critical role in enabling our customers to utilize all Weave functionalities seamlessly.

Reports to: Porting Team Lead
Location: 100 % (work from home)
Timing: US SHIFT i.e  40 hours per week (7:3O PM IST TO 4:30AM IST Flexible) 

What you will do at Weave:

  • 10DLC Resubmissions: Manage and resubmit 10DLC rejections effectively.

  • Customer Communication: Notify customers about their 10DLC rejections, provide guidance on overcoming these issues, and verify business documentation provided by customers. 

  • Process Improvement: Develop innovative strategies to streamline the 10DLC rejection management process.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including onboarding project managers, engineering, and other support staff, to ensure alignment and successful customer onboarding.

    • Proficiency in email communication with customers

    • Proficiency in chat communication with customers and internal stakeholders

  • 12th, graduation, or equivalent

  • Basic hardware knowledge and troubleshooting experience
