The Employee Communications Manager reports to the Director of Corporate Communications. This role will develop and implement communication strategies on a global scale and manage the strategy and logistics of the Company’s corporate philanthropy program. This position will drive the communications strategy in alignment with our business priorities, ensuring connection and commonality in messaging, and will collaborate on the execution of our philanthropy strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, build and rollout multi-channel employee communications in support of global and local initiatives, including developing content for various media in emails, digital newsletters, intranet articles, social media, presentations, employee town halls, etc.
Connect corporate social responsibility efforts, company culture and values with overall messaging to reinforce our brand and reputation.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of employee communications and corporate philanthropy efforts, setting measurable metrics to demonstrate ROI on activities.
Partner with company leadership to execute a global philanthropy and volunteering strategy that aligns with the Company’s core values and philanthropic pillars.
Coordinate and communicate with our nonprofit partner and global colleagues to support country-specific community philanthropic efforts.
Implement strong project management discipline, including planning principles, critical dates, and deliverable expectations for all events.
Manage agency resources in supporting communications efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in communications, journalism, or public relations; in-house communications preferred.
2 years of direct experience working on corporate philanthropy programs.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 and Viva suite, including SharePoint, Adobe Creative suite, and Google Analytics.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Experience in managing multiple projects at a time with varying deadlines.
Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Experience managing agency resources.
