Job description

This is a remote position.

Scope: 12PM to 4PM Salt Lake City, UT Time | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Research to create lists for sales team - partners, clients, conference, etc.
Draft social media posts (manager would check it and post)
Update Active Campaign emails
Reach out to bloggers to add links
Check on coupon code usage
Research for new projects
Reaching out to partner software providers - phones, LMS
Moving content into our LMS (taking a PDF quiz and making it a live quiz)
Administrative tasks for CEO as needed
Personal tasks for CEO as needed such as calling insurance for questions, research vacations, research items for kids, scheduling appointments

Requirements

Excellent written communication skills in English
Proficiency in using project management tools, particularly Monday
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
Basic understanding of website content management
Ability to work U.S. business hours, preferably 4 hours per day across 5 days a week
