ONE HITS is seeking qualified applicants to join our information technology team as a Business Applications Build Manager
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Business Applications Build Manager is responsible for overseeing staff management and project implementation for the Business
Applications Build Team. This role works very closely with the Project Director and other staff in the Project Management Office.
The Business Applications Build Manager acts as the link between the business operations team, the Project Management Office (PMO) and the project sites and ensures implementation project
activities associated with technical modules are identified, incorporated into the project implementation schedule and tracked to ensure timely completion.
The Business Applications Build Manager ensures their project team is upholding regional standards for module content, monitoring project delivery, and coordinating project change
requests with regional governance. They are involved in hiring and onboarding project team members and facilitating staff training. They are expected to participate in regional governance
through team working groups and committees.
Build Managers have an important role to play as a customer service lead to our ONE HITS member sites. Building and fostering relationships with the member sites is critical to success.
