Work Setup and Location: Remote, Philippines

Work Schedule: Mid Shift, 3:00PM - 12:00AM PHT, Monday - Friday

Are you a detail-oriented Technical Writer with a passion for simplifying complex concepts? With 6 years of experience, you'll create and manage top-notch technical documentation for software development projects. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and UX designers to produce clear, concise, and user-friendly content.

What You'll Do:

• Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for key features.
• Technical Documentation Development: Author comprehensive API documentation and high-level architecture diagrams for microservices-based platforms and RESTful APIs.
• Workflow Visualization: Create use case diagrams, cross-functional flowcharts, and process flow diagrams to represent complex workflows.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and project managers, to clarify technical details and user expectations.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Process Hi-Fi and Lo-Fi prototypes, wireframes, and mockups for dashboards and user interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD.
• GDPR Compliance Documentation: Document security and data compliance features, ensuring adherence to GDPR regulations.
• Release Management and Notes: Prepare release notes for each deployment cycle, detailing new features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Training and Onboarding Material: Create training materials and user guides for administrators, managers, and financial advisors.

Requirements

Skills You Bring:

• Proficiency in documentation tools like Microsoft Word, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Microsoft Office.
• Technical awareness of .NET Core, Azure, React, Angular, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile - Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex topics and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Projects You'll Work On:
