Position Overview:

This internship is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical, real-world experience with Zoho CRM, Marketing, Campaigns, Zoho Sites, and related tools. You will have the chance to contribute to a fast-paced consultancy environment while gaining exposure to cutting-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and Optimize Zoho CRM & Marketing: Assist with optimizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Marketing Automation, and related modules.
  
• Campaign Design & Execution: Collaborate with team members to design and implement marketing campaigns using Zoho tools.
  
• Customer Relationship Management: Support CRM processes and customer data analytics using Zoho CRM.
  
• Zoho Sites Management: Help build and maintain internal and external websites using Zoho Sites, ensuring they are optimized for user experience and functionality.
  
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Track campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Help troubleshoot and resolve issues within Zoho CRM, Marketing, and Sites applications.
  
• Training & Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new staff and providing training on Zoho CRM, Marketing, and Sites functionalities.
  
• Workflow & Customization Projects: Participate in projects that involve CRM workflows, marketing automation, website development, and Zoho customizations.
  

Requirements:

• Experience with Zoho CRM, Marketing & Sites: Prior experience or familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Zoho Sites, and Analytics (through academic projects, previous internships, or personal use).
  
• Zoho One Modules Expertise: Candidates must list their Zoho One modules experience on their resume, rating their proficiency on a scale from 1 (Beginner) to 5 (Expert).
  
• Understanding of Marketing & CRM: Basic knowledge of marketing workflows, customer engagement strategies, and CRM systems.
  
• Website Development with Zoho Sites: Experience with Zoho Sites for building or managing websites is highly desirable.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Remote Work Readiness: Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.
  
• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  
• Location: Candidates must be based in Australia.
