Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand goals.
    Identify target audience and tailor content to engage and grow our follower base.
    Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay current and effective.
  • Content Creation:
    Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
    Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
    Write compelling and engaging captions, posts, and stories.
  • Community Management:
    Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly.
    Foster a positive and interactive community by initiating discussions and polls.
    Monitor and address any negative feedback or issues professionally.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
    Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
    Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social for data analysis.
  • Advertising and Promotion:
    Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
    Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media promotions with overall marketing efforts.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
