We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Manager - LATAM to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key strategic partners across Latin America. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Your ability to understand market dynamics, collaborate cross-functionally, and build long-term partnerships will be key to our success in the region.

What you will do:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy of what carriers and retailers we should partner with. Own the hunting and farming of these accounts.

  • Learn how to grow and develop Distribusion’s global network of airport bus, rail, and public transport operators across the region.

  • Develop our Carrier portfolio and continue to expand our business across LATAM.

  • Own end-to-end sales process: prospecting, lead generation, pitching, CRM maintenance, etc. Be proactive and do whatever it takes to get new carriers on our platform.

  • Build and maintain relationships with our Carrier partners.

  • Closely collaborate with business, operations, and product functions to successfully onboard carriers onto our platform.

  • Collaborate closely with HQ teams (BizDev, Integrations, Product, Finance)

Workplace:
This role is located in Mexico, working remotely with our New Markets Expansion team across LATAM.
