Manager, Learning Management Systems

As a Workday LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of our learning management system.

Your Impact:

• Collaborate with HRIS, Business Operations, Department Trainers, Cybersecurity, and Talent and Organizational Development Teams to gather requirements, design and configure learning campaigns, programs, and manage course content. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support to ensure the effective utilization of the LMS.
• Providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training to system users. 
• Collaborating with HR and L&D teams to ensure seamless integration between the LMS and other HR systems. 
• Staying updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices related to LMS administration. 
• Generating reports and analyzing LMS data to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement. 
• Provides technical and systems support as Learning administrator for Workday with clear understanding of the LMS.
• Manages records and reporting to ensure that the compliance standards are met and maintains end-to-end process governance.
• Collaborates in current and future system enhancements, configuration changes in alignment with changing business needs.

Successful Candidate Will Have:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Workday LMS Administrator or in a similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of Workday Learning Management System, including administration, configuration, and reporting. 
• Proficiency in managing user administration, security settings, and system configurations within Workday LMS. 
• Experience in designing and configuring learning programs, curriculum structures, and course content.
• Solid understanding of learning management best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements. 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to LMS administration and user support. 
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user support. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at one time.
• Intermediate knowledge of building spreadsheets for reporting (Excel).

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $85,000.00 - $115,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
