The Product Solutions Architect is a key individual contributor and strategic partner responsible for driving innovation and delivering scalable, user-centric digital solutions. This role bridges the gap between business objectives and user needs, ensuring exceptional digital product design and seamless user experiences across platforms.


Join our dynamic team as a Product Solutions Architect, where you’ll shape cutting-edge digital products, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-focused solutions using tools like Figma, Jira, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Strategy: Define product roadmaps, gather business requirements, and design intuitive mobile app features.
  • Solution Architecture: Document user journeys and conduct design reviews, ensuring seamless UAT and stakeholder alignment.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize workflows, improve team efficiency, and spearhead operational improvements.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Facilitate training sessions, lead workflow optimizations, and foster transparent cross-team communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage metrics and feedback to implement impactful product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years in product design, solution architecture, or UI/UX design.
  • Expertise in Figma, Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies.

Performance Metrics:

  • Achieve 90%+ roadmap milestones on time.
  • Ensure 20% efficiency improvement in processes.
  • Deliver 3–5 product enhancements per quarter with high customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time hybrid position.
  • Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Additional hours may be required to complete essential functions.

Physical Activities & Requirements:

  • Finger Dexterity: Frequent small movements like typing and picking up small objects.
  • Talking: Frequent verbal communication (4-6 hours per day on the phone).
  • Hearing: Able to hear average conversations and receive information via phone and in person.
  • Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of wrists, hands, and fingers for computer tasks (4-6 hours daily).
  • Visual Abilities: Ability to prepare and inspect documents.
  • Physical Strength: Sedentary role, with most work performed while sitting.
  • Travel: Occasional travel required (up to 15%).

Mental Activities & Requirements:

  • Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions and resolve problems.
  • Mathematical Ability: Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
  • Language Ability: Strong vocabulary (5,000-6,000 words), ability to write complex sentences and communicate clearly.
  • Technological Ability: Proficient in MS Word and Excel, and ability to learn new applications and systems as needed.
