Your Role

As a Nurse Trainer your role is to deliver education to clinical staff on Baxter IV solutions, sets, connectors, and infusion pumps. Provide educational in-services to Baxter customers and potential customers based on the needs of individual customers and regions. You will also provide post-support and follow-up hospital in-servicing as needed.

What you'll be doing

• Participate in scheduled customer meetings/conference calls to review in-servicing expectations and customer context prior to all account implementations

• Ensure clear, concise delivery of scripted and Baxter-approved in-servicing regarding Medication Delivery products being implemented

• Actively solicit participation to in-services by customer clinicians

• Maintain high visibility to staff within the account during the implementation period

• Provide written attendance updates to the Clinical Services Coordinator at the end of each shift

• Work with customers to facilitate improved in-servicing attendance as per the Daily Attendance Record

• Provide post-support as required for each product conversion

• Submit any product complaints through the appropriate complaint process

What you'll bring

• Post Secondary education in Nursing - Registered Nurse

• Minimum 2 years experience with acute care bedside nursing experience

• Bilingual (French and English) required to train in all provinces

• Ability to travel 80% with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Exceptional professionalism at all times

Votre rôle

En tant qu’infirmier moniteur ou infirmière monitrice, votre rôle est de former le personnel clinique sur l’utilisation des solutions intraveineuses, dispositifs, connecteurs et pompes à perfusion de Baxter. Vous devrez fournir des formations sur place aux clients de Baxter et aux clients potentiels en fonction des besoins particuliers des clients et des régions. Vous devrez également fournir une formation post-soutien et un suivi à l’hôpital au besoin.

Vos responsabilités

• Assister aux réunions ou conférences téléphoniques prévues avec les clients pour passer en revue les attentes en matière de formation sur place et le contexte du client avant de procéder à l’implémentation de comptes.

• Assurer une présentation claire et concise des formations basées sur des scénarios et approuvées par Baxter concernant les produits d’administration de médicaments en cours de déploiement.

• Inciter fortement les cliniciens clients à participer aux formations sur place.

• Maintenir une visibilité élevée auprès du personnel du compte au cours de la période de mise en œuvre.

• Fournir au coordinateur des services cliniques des mises à jour écrites sur les présences à la fin de chaque quart de travail.

• Travailler avec les clients pour favoriser une meilleure participation aux formations sur place selon la feuille des présences quotidiennes.

• Fournir le soutien nécessaire après chaque conversion de produit.

• Soumettre toute plainte relative à un produit par l’entremise du processus approprié de traitement des plaintes.

Exigences

• Formation postsecondaire en soins infirmiers – Infirmier ou infirmière autorisé(e)

• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en soins infirmiers auprès des patients en soins de courte durée.

• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis afin d’assurer la formation dans toutes les provinces.

• Capacité de voyager 80 % du temps et de travailler à la fois de manière autonome et au sein d’une équipe.

• Faire preuve d’un professionnalisme exceptionnel en toutes circonstances.

• Bonnes compétences en communication.

• Solides compétences en présentation.

• Aptitude dans la gestion des situations ambiguës.
