The Intern, User Researcher’s role is to support the planning and execution of a variety of hypothesis driven research activities. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and team members, you will help to generate research findings that bring new functions, features, and products to life. You will craft research approaches and analyses that inform the offerings on the JSTOR platform that make academic journals, books, documents, and images available to millions of learners around the world.
You will work as a directly embedded member of our JSTOR product teams on research targeted to the JSTOR platform and specifically developing Generative AI capabilities.
