About the Position:

We are seeking a motivated IT Project Management/Analyst Intern to join our team over the summer. This role will provide hands-on experience understanding what it takes to compile, structure and apply information to managing infrastructure projects. The intern will work closely with our Program Manager and Project Managers, gaining valuable insights and practical skills in IT project delivery. The internship will run for up to 12 weeks, up to 20 hours a week, commencing on or around June 10th, and concluding by August 30th.

What you do daily:

  • Assist with inventory management of enterprise hardware
  • Open and monitor cases to provide Operations staff and other team members direction to complete required tasks
  • Capture information from project working sessions – decisions that keep projects moving forward
  • Update and manage Monday.com project boards
    • Create time-bound tasks for team members to deliver
    • Enter project updates
    • Create status reports for IT management to use for communications to senior corporate management
  •  Create or revise technical process documentation

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Logical, progressive thought process
  • Proactive and self-motivated, ability to work remotely
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of enterprise technology – not configuration/hands on experience but grasping what functions that technology serves in a corporate enterprise
    • Networks, server, storage, cloud technology, etc.
  • Good skills in Microsoft suite of tools – Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges
  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree program from an accredited college / university as a rising junior / senior

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.

Salary Range
$23$23 USD
