We are building a best-in-class sales organization comprised of motivated and talented go-getters. The opportunity is big, competition is fierce, and we have miles to go before we sleep. This team is responsible for working with some of the most iconic events and venues in North America and bringing them to Eventbrite. What makes Sales at Eventbrite so exciting? You’ll be working with event organizers of everything from music festivals to concert venues to complicated registrations for beer festivals, conferences, and much more. Our horizontal platform means no one conversation with a potential client is the same. There is no script, no one-size-fits-all solution. We’re consultative sales experts, and we train and invest in our smart, goal-oriented team to grow their careers here at Eventbrite.
You will manage a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to deliver valuable pipelines to our Account Executive organization. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective clients and developing action plans where necessary. You will execute the GTM strategy responsible for bringing new creators who are a good fit for Eventbrites into the sales funnel. This will start with finding and evaluating leads, outbound prospecting through email, cold calls, and social media and nurturing those leads through to creating opportunities to pass on to the AE team. You will be responsible for reporting on the success and challenges of your team and working closely with the AE leaders to ensure a seamless customer journey. You will also manage the individual performance of the SDRs to help grow their skill sets by coaching on procedure, technique, and pipeline management to ensure career progression and job satisfaction for your team of Britelings.
As the Manager of a junior Sales team, you will lead a dynamic team of sales people who are predominantly in the early stages of their sales careers. You will report to the Director of Sales for North America and work with them as well as with the Marketing team, to build pipeline, provide key feedback and execute on business success metrics, and consistently push your team to beat targets
