Job description

 
  • knowledge of Hypervisors to address the Virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V & VMware , Linux KVM and OVM .
  • Cloud knowledge on Migrations such as On-prem to Cloud and Cloud to On-Prem
  • Experience in installing and troubleshooting Hypervisors
  • Strong knowledge on underlying infrastructure along with architecture
  • Good understanding of Networks and their Architecture
  • Strong Knowledge ITIL and CR, SR,IM,PM, CAB process
  • Major incident and outage Management
  • Hands-on knowledge on Backup related issues such as Veeam
  • Windows Clustering and other Guest OS basic knowledge such as Windows and Linux
  • Good communication Skills
  • Best customer facing skills and major outage management.
  • Storage Knowledge could be an add on
