Multiverse is seeking a Site Content Coordinator to manage and optimize our game lobbies, ensuring they’re engaging, personalized, and perfectly aligned with local market trends. Role overview:

As a Site Content Coordinator at Multiverse, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our players' experiences by organizing and optimizing game lobbies. Your efforts will directly impact player engagement, satisfaction, and ROI. You’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure our game offering remains fresh, localized, and tailored to our audience’s preferences.

  

 

These are your responsibilities:
  • Manage the structure and organization of game lobbies for an engaging player experience.
  • Select and position top-performing games in collaboration with Casino Managers and Country Leads.
  • Monitor game performance and trends to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Work with game providers to integrate new content and secure exclusive titles.
  • Use player data and KPIs to guide game placement and strategy.
  • Align game lobbies with promotional campaigns and market-specific preferences.

Application Process:

1. Submission of Application:

Interested candidates are required to submit their CV along with a brief statement explaining why they are applying for the role and how they believe their skills and experiences align with the position.

  

2. Psychometric Testing:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in two psychometric tests. These tests are designed to assess various aspects such as cognitive abilities, personality traits, and aptitude relevant to the role.

  

3. Interview Stage:

Successful candidates from the psychometric testing stage will proceed to the interview stage. Interviews will be conducted by members of the Multiverse team, including the hiring manager and relevant stakeholders. During the interview, candidates will have the opportunity to discuss their experiences, skills, and motivations in further detail.

  

4. Work sample test

The final candidates will have to submit a work sample test. The work sample is a scenario based problem related to our industry.

  

5. Final Decision:

Following the interviews, a final decision will be made regarding the candidate's suitability for the role. Successful candidates will be notified of their offer of employment, and further details regarding onboarding and commencement will be provided.
