Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development:
  Design, implement, and maintain backend systems and APIs with a focus on scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver seamless features and user experiences.
• Code Quality and Optimization:
  Conduct detailed code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose optimization strategies for system improvement.
• API Development:
  Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and GRPC, ensuring high performance, usability, and scalability.
• Platform Security:
  Drive security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards to protect user data and system integrity.
• Testing and Reliability:
  Develop and maintain unit and API tests to ensure system robustness, stability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years of backend development experience, with a proven track record of building high-performance systems.
  • Expertise in Go programming and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and other open-source databases.
• API Expertise:
  Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and GRPC.
• DevOps Skills:
  Experience with containerization tools like Docker and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Blockchain Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of Cryptographic Principles, Tokenomics, Decentralized Identity (DID), and smart contract development.
• Database Optimization:
  In-depth knowledge of database design, schema optimization, and performance tuning.
• Industry Experience:
  Background in Payments, Blockchain, or similar industries is highly desirable.
