Main Responsibilities
This role will focus on four core areas: Clinical Support, Training & Development, Customer & Market Engagement, and Compliance & Quality.
Provide on-site support during endovascular procedures, ensuring correct product use, resolving issues, and educating staff on product benefits.
Educate healthcare professionals on product usage, emphasizing clinical and technical benefits.
Onboard and coach new hires, actively supporting their integration and development through EMEA-wide training programs like New Hire Training and Masterclasses.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and gather feedback on new technologies.
Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and global regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, accounts, and key opinion leaders.
This position involves extensive travel across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on supporting new hires and delivering training programs.
Your Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, life sciences, nursing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of clinical specialist experience, sales, or a related role in the medical device industry, with a focus on neurovascular, peripheral, or cardiology products.
Experience in Training/Coaching others
Confident demeanor with strong communication skills in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
Collaborative mindset and structured approach.
Ability to engage diverse audiences and tailor approaches and presentations accordingly.
Proficiency in reading and communicating clinical data effectively.
