Job description

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition (TA) team. As a key player in our recruiting organization, you will leverage your deep recruiting expertise to attract top talent across corporate functions and partner with business leaders to drive strategic hiring initiatives. With a strong track record of delivering results, you will play a critical role in aligning our talent strategies with organizational goals, mentoring peers, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a high-impact role requiring advanced recruiting skills, stakeholder management up to the VP level, and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and improve processes.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategic Recruiting Efforts:Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate roles (e.g., Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations), collaborating with hiring managers and leaders to identify and attract top talent.
  • Talent Sourcing and Engagement:Proactively source and engage passive candidates, screen inbound applicants, and implement creative strategies to improve our recruiting processes, talent brand, and candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Partnership:Build strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on compensation recommendations, market trends, and best practices. Act as a trusted partner in hiring decisions.
  • Data-Driven Insights:Partner with analytics to track and analyze pipeline and performance metrics. Use insights to inform recruiting strategies and share updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience:Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to successful offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Mentorship and Leadership:Mentor peers, set high standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the recruiting team.
  • Market Expertise:Stay informed on current industry trends, business dynamics, and market conditions to anticipate business needs and proactively adjust recruiting strategies.

  • Requirements
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably focused on corporate roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate recruiting principles, sourcing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Track record of successfully engaging passive candidates and selling opportunities in a competitive hiring environment.
  • Expertise in partnering with business leaders up to the VP level, influencing hiring decisions, and aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or similar platforms.
  • Sense of urgency and competitive mindset.
  • $55-$65/hr
