Job description

We are looking for an Influencer Specialist to join our growth marketing team. This teammate will facilitate the end-to-end process of influencer marketing, from sourcing, outreach, contract coordination, and negotiation, briefing of branding guidelines, fulfillment/logistics support, management of ongoing campaigns, and QA on influencer content until campaign/performance reporting.

Salary Range: up to 85,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

  • Recruitment of new websites for brands, 
  • Update newsletters for publishers/affiliates, per instructions
  • Upload new links into networks such as CJ, ShareASale, Impact, awin
  • Outreach to affiliates through our recruitment efforts and set up calls - steps are in the Google Doc
  • Run weekly reports and find insights and opportunities (Impact) 
  • Track progress on efforts and administrative tasks (Impact) 
    • Fill out a templated email
    • Grow-into: Basic analysis and why behind the metrics
  • Build lists of qualified affiliates/influencers based on client parameters (# of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.) - GSheet and Impact
  • Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
  • Templated outreach and coordination (mostly email but ability to communicate over the phone as well if needed)
  • Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
  • Escalating issues when appropriate re: affiliates/influencers 
  • QC ongoing campaigns (review if content posted is within the guidelines)
  • Setting up drip campaigns, per client training and instruction
  • Additional tasks ad hoc requests as delegated
  • Add data and pull reports
  • Co-create SOPs throughout onboarding and ramp; new processes

The Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Intermediate experience with Excel/GSheets
  • Experience with Asana or similar PM tool 
  • G Suite, Doc and Google Chat
  • Ability to work CST-PST
  • Client-facing via email
