What You Will Do:

The Analyst is a key member of Whip Media’s Enterprise Data Management team responsible for analyzing partner data and ensuring its accuracy and completeness before and after ingestion into Whip Media's software solutions. The Analyst is directly accountable for the completeness and accuracy of processed data after ingestion into Whip Media’s software solutions and mapped to client product master records. They oversee daily QA processes according to set SOP’s and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external support teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve data processing workflows.

What You Will Bring:

  • Perform data validation and QA checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and escalate data discrepancies or anomalies to Client Leads for resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data issues and implement solutions.
  • As an overflow and support resource, ingest and map partner data into Whip Media's software solutions following established procedures.
  • Maintain documentation of data processing activities and quality assurance results.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $27.00 - $29.00.  Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our company’s equity program, plus our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits. The actual hourly rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job, job-related skills, experience, relevant education/certifications or training, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
