Role Description

Donations Coordinator will play a key role in managing and optimizing donation programs to support organizational objectives, initially focusing on humanitarian aid within the Ukrainian charitable market. Reporting to the Donations Committee, this individual will coordinate donation initiatives, maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment with company goals and values.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. The Donations Coordinator will develop processes to track donation efforts, measure their impact, and maintain a high standard of operational excellence.


Responsibilities

Program Development & Coordination:

  • Develop, execute, and manage donation programs that align with company objectives and values;
  • Create processes to evaluate and prioritize donation opportunities;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profits, partners, and internal teams;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for donation-related inquiries and requests;
  • Represent the organization in external discussions about donation initiatives.

Operational Management:

  • Develop workflows and tools to streamline donation activities;
  • Track and monitor the effectiveness of donation programs using key performance indicators;
  • Regularly report outcomes, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Budgeting & Reporting:

  • Manage the donations program budget, ensuring optimal use of resources;
  • Prepare detailed reports on donation program performance for leadership review.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the donation process, incorporating feedback and industry best practices;
  • Stay informed about trends in corporate giving and community engagement.

Future Global Scaling:

  • Research and identify global regions where the company can extend its humanitarian aid efforts;
  • Develop a roadmap for scaling donation programs globally, focusing on impactful partnerships and sustainable practices.



Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, corporate social responsibility, or a related field;
  • Familiarity with the Ukrainian charitable sector, including an understanding of its key players, regulations, and best practices;
  • Previous experience working in a Ukrainian charitable foundation is an advantage;
  • Experience managing budgets and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure impact.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent in Ukrainian;
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
