The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Product Growth Manager, Revenue Integrity, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Accountability: Accountable for managing and delivering new growth products that directly address documentation and coding related denials at healthcare organizations revenue cycle and health information management departments
  • Execution: Regularly partner with sales, marketing and other business leaders to engage with customers to effectively guide their experience from contracting through implementation, to drive return on investment and referability.          
    • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to product development team to help drive product growth for Case Management, Denials and Coding workflows.
    • Use knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) coding workflows, to help drive more efficient value for customer success.  
    • Advise clients on suggested workflow optimization changes leveraging Solventum best practices to support key performance indicators.
  • Strategy: Identify areas of division growth, lead initiatives that align business units to deliver successful solutions to strategically grow customer base.
  • Growth and Revenue: Responsible for client success or failure and satisfaction with the product/service
    • Regular engagement with C-Suite audience and effectively communicate strategic partnership initiative to drive product growth.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of assigned solutions, services, and products with a high emphasis on customer ROI metrics
  • Leadership and Coordination: Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to drive new initiatives, prioritize resources to problem solve for customers and deliver on coordinated and synergistic solutions for customers.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience in Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management specifically leading teams working on Medical Coding and Clinical denials in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND (14) years of experience in Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management specifically leading teams working on Medical Coding and Clinical denials in a private, public, government or military environment


In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CDI specialist, RN, CIC, CCDS, or coding certifications

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Highly innovative in delivering on new strategic solutions to support division growth
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge and subject matter expertise.
  • Communication skills written and verbal.
  • Client relationship skills

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $183,301 - $224,034, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
