In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing patient care logistics, analyzing and organizing data, and ensuring seamless coordination between providers and patients. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Pull reports from the facility’s EMR system and filter for specific criteria to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Cross-reference and verify data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize Excel to manage, organize, and analyze report data.
  • Schedule patient visits and adjust as necessary to optimize provider schedules.
  • Coordinate with providers to ensure visit scheduling aligns with available time slots and provider availability.
  • Move visits around as needed to accommodate changes in schedules.
  • Ensure seamless communication with providers, patients, and other staff to facilitate smooth operations.
    To succeed in this role you will need:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills required).
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Experience with EMR systems and data management.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
      Service Fee:

        Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

        Hours:

        US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 2 pm to 11 pm
