The Pediatric Coach is responsible for the provision of services through the Pediatric Complex Care Resource Centers (PCCRC). The Pediatric Coach will support caregivers in the non-medical aspects of supporting children with medical complexities receiving in-home shift care services. Caregiver teams include parents, family members, nurses, home health aides and anyone else who may be responsible for caring for a child with medically complex needs.Job Duties:

Position Details:
Hours: 8a.m.-4:30p.m. with flexibility to meet the needs of the program
Travel: More than 50%, requires travel for home visits and to other reginal locations for meetings
Preferred Experience: Five years experience in human services field. Experience with children with medical complexities, knowledge of the intellectual disabilities system preferred
