We have doubled our headcount in 2024 (35 > 70+) and we are on our way to do it again! Weβre looking to reinforce our Talent Acquisition team already composed with two Senior Talent Acquisition (Matti & Candice) and one Talent Acquisition Specialist (Elena).
Missions
π― Your main goal will be to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent for n8n's hypergrowth phase while ensuring a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
To achieve this, here are your key responsibilities:
1- Own the recruitment lifecycle
π‘ Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for go-to-market (GTM) and operations roles, ensuring top-tier hires.
π― Develop tailored hiring strategies to meet the unique needs of each role.
π Expand n8nβs presence in the competitive European and UK talent markets.
2- Partner with hiring managers
π Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
π Provide market intelligence, including compensation trends, to inform hiring decisions.
π Facilitate structured hiring processes to ensure high-quality and unbiased evaluations.
3- Innovate sourcing strategies
π΅οΈββοΈ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of A-players through innovative sourcing methods.
π Leverage data-driven insights to refine sourcing channels and improve pipeline quality.
π€ Cultivate relationships with top-tier candidates for current and future roles.
4- Build an exceptional candidate experience
π Ensure every candidate interaction reflects n8n's culture and values.
π¬ Provide timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
π’ Act as an ambassador for n8n, showcasing our mission and growth story.
5- Optimize recruitment processes
βοΈ Enhance and document recruitment workflows for scalability and efficiency.
π Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Must-have
π UK-based: You are based in the UK and have deep knowledge of the UK talent market.
π Proven track record in tech startups: You have over 4 years of experience as an in-house recruiter, hiring for rapidly scaling startups.
π Remote hiring experience: You have over 2 years of experience recruiting for remote-first companies in Europe.
π― GTM expertise: You excel in hiring for sales, marketing, and operations roles, with a demonstrable history of high-quality hires.
π€ Strategic advisor: You are known for partnering with hiring managers to refine role definitions, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
πΊπΈ US market knowledge: You have experience recruiting for the US market (at least 10 roles filled).
Nice-to-have
π» Tech hiring experience: You have successfully hired for engineering or product roles in the past.
π Familiarity with Ashby ATS: You have hands-on experience with Ashby applicant tracking system.
π¦ Volume hiring strategies: You have set up and executed hiring plans for repeat roles at scale.
