Job Overview:
As ACI’s Sales Enablement Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in ensuring that ACI’s sales teams have the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to communicate the value of our solutions, engage prospects effectively, and close deals efficiently. This position requires a combination of strategy, content development, technology competence, and training to drive sales excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Training & Development:
Develop and implement training programs to onboard new sales representatives and upskill existing team members.
Create a comprehensive sales training curriculum that includes product knowledge, market and competitor assessment, sales techniques, and Salesforce, Hubspot, and ChurnZero usage best practices.
Conduct ongoing training sessions to ensure the sales team is up-to-date with new tools, features, and processes
Content & Tools Development:
As part of the Product Marketing team you will collaborate with product development and other departments to create sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and customer stories.
Ensure the sales team has access to the latest sales collateral, ensuring materials are aligned with customer needs and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role, SaaS experience preferred.
Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce, Spekit, Hubspot, ChurnZero and/or other enablement platforms
Proven ability to develop and execute sales training programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing data to inform decision-making.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
