About our Team:
Product Innovation is an established team of product people within Sage working on exciting and innovative product lines. The team currently includes Product Managers, UX Designers, and Researchers. We are passionate about providing as much value to our users and customers as possible, in ways that work for the business.

We take a user centred approach to product design, basing our decisions in evidence and expertise, and bringing best practice from the world of product management to everything we do.
Our team delivers new products to our platforms and maintains them across the product lifecycle.
We work closely and collaboratively with many other departments and functions within the business, notably Editorial, Marketing, Sales, Global Operations, Software Engineering and more, drawing on everyone’s expertise to create and improve excellent products.
Could you be our new Delivery Manager?
- Deliver Sage Learning Pillar launches of new products, collections and top-ups on time and to a high standard using Agile methodologies.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by finding opportunities to enhance processes, methodologies and team collaboration while guiding the team through the related improvements.
- Carry new products and collections through to business as usual and handing over all relevant information to associated teams.
- Define and measure efficiencies so that we can clearly demonstrate increasingly efficient launches.
- Lead our launch communication and information enhancements, making launch comms more streamlined, efficient and available for all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with launches Product Manager and stream lead, as well as the Editorial, Marketing and Production personnel for the product, and also the SCRUM development team.
Do you have?
- Proven experience in project management, Agile methodologies (knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, etc.) or business analysis.
- An understanding of the concept of change management.
- Experience in continuous improvement methods such as Lean.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, project management frameworks and tools (esp. JIRA and Confluence).
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather, analyse and document requirements from customers.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
- Strong management competences including ability to flex management style, influence, manage change and seek and deliver feedback.
- Experiencing in handling conflict and decision-making under stress.
