Your Role:

Are you a storyteller, strategist, and meme wizard all rolled into one? Do you thrive at the intersection of creativity and data? As Livepeer’s Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our content and growth initiatives.

You’ll craft compelling narratives, create buzzworthy content, and connect with developers, node operators, and AI visionaries around the world. Think of yourself as the architect of our brand’s voice, ensuring every tweet, post, or blog inspires and informs. If you have a knack for turning technical ideas into relatable stories and love scaling communities, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Be a Storyteller: Research the latest trends in Web3, AI, and video tech to craft engaging content, from thought-provoking blog posts to snappy social media updates.
Create Compelling Campaigns: Write, edit, and publish clear, concise, and impactful content that positions Livepeer as the go-to solution for decentralized video infrastructure.
Own the Content Machine: Build and execute a content calendar that syncs with key launches, events, and community updates.
Shape Our Brand: Develop and maintain a brand bible that ensures our voice stays fresh, fun, and consistent across all channels.
Get Social: Manage and grow Livepeer’s presence on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Lens, and Farcaster—sparking conversations and building connections.
Engage Our Audiences: Segment our diverse audiences and create targeted newsletters tailored to developers, node operators, and ecosystem partners.
Measure Success: Dive into analytics to present monthly performance reports to the team, celebrating wins and identifying areas to optimize.
Collaborate Creatively: Work with our design agency to create stunning visuals and assets that amplify our stories.

Experience Required:

Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or brand building, ideally in tech or Web3.
Writes Like a Pro: You can write engaging content for diverse audiences—developers, crypto enthusiasts, and industry insiders alike.
Is a Web3 Enthusiast: You understand (or are eager to learn about) blockchain, decentralized systems, and the unique quirks of the Web3 community.
Thinks Strategically: You know how to connect dots, set measurable goals, and execute campaigns that drive growth.
Is Data-Driven: Analytics excite you. You’re comfortable measuring performance, drawing insights, and tweaking strategies.
Has Design Savvy: You can collaborate effectively with designers to ensure every piece of content is visually appealing and on-brand.
