The Role
As the Country Manager, Germany at INFINIT, you will manage and lead the business through an exciting phase of expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong Business Development/Commercial background as well as a sound understanding of Operations. Exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in successfully launching new markets while maintaining high standards across existing operations.

What do we want to achieve together?
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive market penetration, business growth and revenue generation in Germany.
  • Establish strong relationships with automotive dealerships and industry stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and partnerships;
  • Be the face of INFINIT and make sure we gain visibility in your region;
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing initiatives;
  • Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to the Exec team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations:Hire, train, lead and retain a top-performing team
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and surpass their goals and reach an overall high level of performance (raising the bar)
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, fostering brand visibility and establishing thought leadership.

  • What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • Master’s Degree in business and/or economics or something related
  • MBA in a related field preferable
  • You have a successful track record of minimum 5 years in a Business/Sales context or experience in a financial position with the desire to make the switch to an entrepreneurial sales/business challenge.
  • Product experience is highly desirable as you will be responsible for tailoring the product to the local marketExperience within the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Being familiar with the local (business) culture is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
