Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth and expansion of our F2F marketplace in Spain.

  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with our partners - nonprofits and F2F service providers.

  • Actively support the creative and operational execution of F2F campaigns, ensuring the highest quality standards.

  • Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and continually optimize campaigns.

  • Lead training sessions and workshops (both in-person and digital) to empower our partner teams.

  • Recruit new partners to expand and strengthen our F2F community in Spain.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

  • Experience: Background in F2F or door-to-door fundraising in a leadership role is highly valued.

  • Analytical Skills: You enjoy analyzing data and optimizing processes.

  • Digital Skills: Comfortable using advanced digital tools and a ‘digital native’ mindset.

  • Communication: Highly communicative and empathetic, with a talent for inspiring others.

  • Network: Connections within the F2F fundraising or nonprofit sector are a plus.

  • Sales Skills: Strengths in presentation and negotiation are essential.
