Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s expansion strategy, connecting with potential clients and setting up valuable sales demonstrations. You’ll leverage state-of-the-art software, including GoHighLevel, to manage calls and schedule appointments efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Conduct 25-30 cold calls per hour to potential clients using provided leads and scripts
  • Set appointments for sales demonstrations with decision-makers, targeting 1-5% success rate
  • Utilize GoHighLevel software for call management and appointment scheduling
  • Update CRM records with call outcomes and client information
  • Achieve weekly appointment setting targets
  • Adapt communication style to various business types and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting and improve conversion rates


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in an appointment setter role, preferably in the software or B2B industry
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel software is a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
  • Resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude in face of rejection
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced work environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work 10 AM to 2 PM Singapore time, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
  • Adaptable to potential future expansion into US market calling
  • Home office with stable internet connection and quiet work environment
