Salary Range:
$114,000.00 - $148,000.00
What’s the role?
We are seeking a Program Manager at the IC3 level to help run and execute key initiatives within Etsy's People & Workplace organization. This role focuses on driving complex people-related projects forward with guidance and support from senior leaders. You will be on a team responsible for implementing programs that enhance the employee experience and align with strategic organizational goals. You will collaborate with multiple teams, lead project timelines, and ensure that initiatives are delivered successfully.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, People Strategy, Programs & Communications. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office. We partner regularly with senior leaders across the People + Workplace Org including colleagues in HR, Workplace, DEI, People Systems, Analytics, Compensation, L&D and Performance. We often work cross-functionally with team members in Finance, Strategy & Operations and Corporate Communications.

What does the day-to-day look like?
Lead and Manage Key Programs: Run projects and programs within the People & Workplace Org, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business goals.
Support Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with various teams to help facilitate the delivery of programs. Act as a key point of contact for team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
Define Program Goals: Support in defining program goals, scope, and success metrics. Help track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and escalate issues when needed.
Assist in Change Management: Support senior leaders in rolling out changes, ensure proper tracking and communication of milestones, and that programs are eventually integrated into our day to day operations.
Engage with Senior Leaders: Provide regular updates on program status to managers and directors. Ensure accountability, timely communication and issue resolution.
Collaborate Across Teams: Facilitate communication between different departments and teams to ensure smooth execution of programs. Assist in removing roadblocks and ensuring all dependencies are met.
Reporting & Documentation: Visualize roadmaps for teams to be able to understand where we’re headed and how they contribute. Track and report on program progress, key metrics, and deliverables. Help document program timelines, scope, and lessons learned

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:
Experience: 3-5 years of program management experience, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment, preferably on a People team (knowledge of key HR functions like HR Systems, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, Recruiting a plus)
Program Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage your and others’ time effectively, and drive programs to completion with guidance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating across teams to align on program goals and timelines.
Familiarity with the principles of change management and how to support teams during transitions, including retrospective facilitation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep team members informed and aligned.
High proficiency in GSuite & Slack and experience with any PM tools is a plus.
