The Firm’s Practice and Innovation Department is seeking a Knowledge Management Attorney (KM Attorney) to support the needs of the Affirmative Action, OFCCP and Government Contract Compliance practice group, other employment law related practice groups and firmwide KM projects.
This position may be worked fully remote and can be located anywhere near a JL office. This position reports to the Senior Director of Practice & Innovation, to the Co-Chairs of the Affirmative Action, OFCCP and Government Contract Compliance practice group, and to other Jackson Lewis practice group leaders (as assigned). The KM Attorney is an integral member of the firm, though not in a traditional billing attorney role. KM Attorney responsibilities include:

Qualifications include: Minimum of three to eight years’ experience engaged in employment law preferred. A background in Affirmative Action, OFCCP and Government Contract Compliance a plus. Also necessary are excellent writing and communication skills; passion for knowledge-sharing, organizational skills, proficiency with technology and an aptitude for innovation, efficiency, and excellence in legal work; initiative and ability to work independently.

For Colorado, Illinois, and New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $145,000. This position is also eligible for
annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
