We are actively seeking a Sr. Delivery Manager, ServiceNow (CIS). The role may require periodic travel as necessary across the world. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S.
Position Summary
As part of our Rimini Consult group, the Sr. Delivery Manager, ServiceNow (CIS) is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of ERP modernization and innovation projects. This role integrates Agile principles with traditional project management methodologies to drive cross-functional collaboration, achieve milestones, and deliver business value. The Project Manager / Scrum Master ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic enterprise goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives.
- Establish clear milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to measure project success.
- Ensure alignment between project execution and enterprise strategic goals.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and iterative delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering adaptability and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to gather requirements and define success metrics.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable project deliverables and user stories.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Establish quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet enterprise standards.
- Monitor and address scope changes while maintaining a focus on project goals.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and solution architects.
- Foster collaboration between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and cohesion.
- Provide guidance to team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Verifiable ServiceNow CIS Certification is required.
Location

Desired Experience
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP or IT transformation projects.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM & Now Create is highly desired.
- Experience with stakeholder management in global enterprise environments, including multi-vendor collaboration.
Skills and Expertise Required
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong capability in hybrid project methodologies combining Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills to navigate challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with modern ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or ServiceNow ERP Modernization.
- Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, process reengineering, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Proficiency in aligning project outcomes with business objectives and operational KPIs.
- Experience in prioritizing features and deliverables based on ROI and stakeholder impact.

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience.
Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.
The general salary range for this type of role is 131k - 164k depending on skills and experience.
