For our People & Culture (P&C) team, we are looking for a temporary (6 months) People Operations / HR Services Specialist in

part-time (28-32 hours). In this role, your main focus will be correct HR administration and payroll. You will also be supporting and advising the business on all aspects of the administrative HR processes. You will receive questions and requests from employees and managers that you will answer or direct to the right contact person.

How you pedal us forward

  • Correct HR and payroll administration in the Netherlands

  • Set up contracts and other HR administrations such as in- and out-of-services, managing personnel files and on- and off boarding

  • Making sure that the information in our HR systems is always correct

  • Flag issues concerning HR systems to the HR IT team and make sure issues are followed up

  • Execute payrolling

  • Managing the HRS mailbox as the first point of contact for employees

  • Improve processes related to all HRS workflows

  • Being aware of HR policies and acting upon these policies in dealing with employee questions

The gear you need

  • Secondary vocational or higher vocational working and thinking level - you are also more than welcome to apply if you are still studying

  • Administrative experience

  • Experience within the HR field is a pre, but not a requirement

  • Fluent in English and ideally Dutch

  • Able to work from our office in Amsterdam on Tuesdays. The rest you can either work from home or in the office

  • Availability for 6 months for 28-32 hours per week
