Job description

Pay Rate $20/hr W2 no benefits
This team is based in Dallas, Texas and are currently working on-site three times a week. The temporary assignment will run through July 2025 with the opportunity for extension based on performance and business need.


What you will do
PGIM is seeking to contract a Loan Servicing Analyst to join our servicing team. The role involves various administrative and servicing tasks, including handling returned mail, reviewing loan reports, monitoring suspense and delinquency reports, monitoring rate caps renewals, managing the team mailbox, and performing other ad hoc duties as needed.


What you can expect
• Research and contact borrower for correct address and email information for return mail.
• Review and action daily exception reports.
• Review and research suspense report of unapplied loan balances and determine how funds should be applied and make appropriate notes.
• Monitor Loan Delinquency report, contact borrower, determine cause of delinquency, and initiate the necessary action to bring loan current.
• Monitor maturing rate cap report and follow up on receipt of renewed rate cap agreements.
• Generate daily billing files and monthly loan notices to mail to borrowers.
• Monitor team email mailboxes and provide timely and excellent customer service to borrower inquires.
• Work servicing team tasks via task queue.
• Ad hoc servicing duties and projects.

What you will bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong ability to adapt to changing environment, think critically to solve problems, collaborate across peer groups and different levels of management.
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
