Your Responsibilities

  • Support the growth of our LUMAS B2B sales channel by identifying potential clients in the Architecture & Design (A&D) and Hospitality sectors.
  • Assist in preparing and conducting contract and pricing negotiations with clients and sales agents.
  • Help optimize sales processes to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate on building an international agent structure and securing exciting projects.
  • Track and analyze sales activities, pipelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Visit clients and agents to strengthen relationships and gain market feedback.
  • Represent LUMAS at trade shows and exhibitions, sharing our brand story and product portfolio.

Your profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the A&D, art, furniture, or hospitality industry, but ambitious newcomers with a strong drive are welcome!
  • Strong interest in building a career in B2B sales and passion for art and design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and agents.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Business fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%) to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with basic analytical skills to track sales performance.
