  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee key services such as PPC, SEO, design, logistics, payments, catalog management, and issue resolution.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members and international partners.
  • Develop and execute growth plans for assigned accounts, working closely with direct reports.
  • Communicate account strategies and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Lead a small team of specialists to assist in providing services to clients.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for sales growth and improved client satisfaction.

  • Client-facing experience with a track record of delegating tasks and achieving results.
