Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage support ticket orders including on-the-job training
  • Handles customers enquiries/complaints by email and phone; and ensure replies/ resolutions are provided in a prompt and satisfactory manner
  • Troubleshoot service faults and provide prompt service recovery measures
  • Updates customer knowledge base
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in similar field preferably in HR / Payroll systems.
  • Developed analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Passion of innovation
  • Good communication skills, speak multi language will be an advantage
