Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and keep accurate records. Your efforts will focus on delivering customized solutions, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions
Update and maintain accurate customer records

Requirements:
Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
Proficiency in English (B2 level)
EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
