A manufacturing company based in Lod is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing international trade shows and overseeing marketing projects and collateral production.
Responsibilities
Overseeing various marketing projects, including the creation of marketing materials, updating content on the company's online Customer Portal, coordinating with marketing suppliers, supporting webinar production, and addressing administrative needs.
Managing all aspects of international trade shows and events, including budgeting, supplier coordination, design, booth construction, display logistics, sales team support, on-site installation management, debriefing, and presenting event outcomes to stakeholders. This also involves coordinating with content creators for event-related deliverables such as award submissions, speaking engagements, brochures, press kits, and booth screen videos.
Remotely managing regional in-person Open House events at customer sites across North America, Europe, and Latin America.
Assisting with editing and writing marketing content, such as social media posts and submissions for speaking engagements at trade shows.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Fluent English
Proven experience managing international exhibitions from start to finish.
Willingness and ability to travel.
Preferred
Experience in managing the production of marketing materials.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or a similar marketing CRM platform.
Basic experience with WordPress or HTML.
