Job description

Location: Remote (Based in Braga, Portugal)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotating Shifts)

  • Days Off: 2 rotating days per week


About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our remote team in Braga, Portugal. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others and can work flexible schedules, including overnight and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
