The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven ServiceNow Developers across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, CSM

Consultant - 4-7 years of ServiceNow Expereince

Senior Consultant – 7-8 years of ServiceNow Experience

Project Managers, Architect and BA - 6-9 Years of ServiceNow experience

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in specific ServiceNow workflow modules to design, develop, and implement solutions that help customers build a more resilient operational environment, improve user experiences and enhance customer experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions in ServiceNow to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
  • Customize and develop ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management, change management, Knowledge Management, Service Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Coorelation, Case Management, Flow Designer Knowledge Management, and Request Management.
  • Implement and configure workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and scripts to automate processes and enhance the user experience.
  • Work closely with functional teams (e.g., Business Analysts, Project Managers) to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that address business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow instance and applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design and development to deployment and post-production support.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, developers, and architects to implement best practices and ensure the platform's stability, scalability, and security.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and new releases, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven hands on experience in any of the ServiceNow competencies as Developer/ Architect/ Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP).
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other ServiceNow development tools.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • ServiceNow Certified Developers preferred.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
