Das Sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bringst Deine Erfahrung im Bereich der kompletten und eigenverantwortlichen Auftragsabwicklung von A-Z gekonnt ein
  • Du erstellst Offerten an unsere Kunden und setzt Dein Gespür für die operative Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden telefonisch und auch persönlich ein
  • Du kaufst Frachten bei Carriern und Frachtführern ein
  • Du bist für die Erstellung der Ausfuhranmeldungen zuständig
  • Du übernimmst die Abrechnung Deiner Akten, kontrollierst die Unternehmerrechnungen und klärst Differenzen

Das Wünschen Wir Uns

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise im Bereich Transport / Logistik
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Seefracht Export
  • Hohe Service- sowie Kundenorientierung mit
  • Lernbereitschaft, Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Ein gutes Planungs- und Koordinationsvermögen
  • Ob in deutscher oder englischer Sprache – Du bist gerne im Austausch und bringst Deine sicheren MS-Office-Kenntnisse gekonnt ein
